By accessing and using Resolva ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Resolva is an AI-powered service that generates review responses for businesses. We provide multiple tone options (Professional, Friendly, Apologetic, Funny) and subscription tiers:
- Free: 5 reviews per month with 3 AI-generated responses each
- Pro ($19/month): 50 reviews per month
- Unlimited ($49/month): Unlimited reviews
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Generate responses containing hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service (scraping, bots)
- Generate fake or misleading reviews
- Violate any third-party rights
5. AI-Generated Content
Important disclaimers:
- AI-generated responses are suggestions only - you are responsible for reviewing and editing before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
- You retain full responsibility for any responses you choose to publish
- AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate content - always review before using
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Service, including our website, logo, and technology, is owned by Resolva and protected by copyright and other laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the review content you input. AI-generated responses are provided to you for your use.
License: You grant us a license to process your review content to provide the Service.
7. Payment & Subscriptions
7.1 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All fees are in USD
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
7.2 Cancellation & Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused credits
- Downgrading from Unlimited to Pro or Free happens at period end
7.3 Free Trial
The Free tier allows 5 reviews per month permanently. No credit card required.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance with or without notice
- Modify or discontinue features
- Experience temporary outages
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment fails
- We're required to do so by law
- You engage in fraudulent activity
You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Resolva is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for AI-generated content you choose to use
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Resolva harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your use of AI-generated content.

Our Service uses third-party providers:
- Anthropic (AI processing)
- Stripe (payments)
- Clerk (authentication)
- Supabase (data storage)
- Vercel (hosting)
These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
